Membership Fees & Entitlement
 

ü      Gym use of all equipment and facilities.

ü      Fitness Assessment and an Individually designed programme upon sign up and         every 6 weeks thereafter.*

ü      Programme Monitoring by Qualified Fitness Instructor.

ü      Body Fat Analysis – Free upon sign up only. All subsequent analysis will incur a fee of $10 per session.*

ü      Personal Trainer supervision is available at an additional cost based on an hourly rate.

Your muscles need about 48-72 hours to recover between weight training sessions. Training the same muscles on consecutive days does not give them a chance to rebuild and recuperate. If you want to train everyday, train different muscles on alternate days. Less is often more!

bullet A daily intake of 30% kilojoules from fat is more than enough to promote good health.
